To solve that problem, the author used the System Design methodology, applied the circular flow algorithm to design the layout, modeled product distribution in the warehouse and applied the barcode system to help optimize warehouse operations. The results of the research have been designed the warehouse space, allocated products to the locations in the warehouse in an optimal way to increase the storage capacity from 300 pallets to 432 pallets, or 40% increase in storage capacity.
